Gov. Dave Heineman was on hand Friday to give his praise and support for a proposed new Energy Grains Development Group ethanol plant in Grand Island during an Energy Grains announcement at the Howard Johnson Riverside Inn in Grand Island. ÒIt is a very, very positive development,Ó Heineman said.
