Vicky Stutzman takes a patient's blood pressure at the Central Health Center in Grand Island, while Theresa Fillinger waits to write down the result in a chart. Today marks Stutzman's 25th year at the center were she began as a registered nurse, and then in 1987 became and advanced practice registered nurse.
