As one of many flags at the Nebraska Veterans Members Cemetery waves in the wind, Patriot Guard Rider Diane Collins of Grand Island wears an American-flag-inspired headband during the nationwide Wreaths Across America ceremony Thursday morning in Grand Island. The ceremony honors fallen members of all the armed forces and those missing in action or prisoners of war.
