Central Platte Natural Resources District hydrologist Duane Woodward sits in front of a map which displays the hydraulic conductivity (COHYST), or potential movement of groundwater, in the High Plains Aquifer. Woodward helped create the map as part of the cooperative hydrology study for the Platte River Basin.
