Independent/Barrett Stinson Library Director Steve Fosselman takes the shovel used by President Teddy Roosevelt for the ground breaking of Grand IslandŐs Carnegie Library at Second and Walnut on April 27, 1903, out of the locked glass cabinet it is stored in at the Edith Abbott Memorial Library.
