Independent/Lane Hickenbottom

Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Grand Island police officer Dave Sullivan waves to people entering the north Wal-Mart Supercenter Sunday while spending time on the roof of the store as a fundraiser for Nebraska Special Olympics. Sullivan has been the ÒCop on TopÓ for three consecutive years.
