Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Four-year-old Tayler Towne of Grand Island accepts a holiday offering of candy and a store coupon from Santa Claus Friday at Conestoga Mall after telling him she wanted a baby doll for Christmas. Santa, who was portrayed by Mike Gifford of Kearney, made his arrival to the mall on a trailer pulled by a large farm tractor Friday morning. Santa will be at the mall Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and then will return starting next Friday. nws santa LH Want a reprint of this photo?
