Officer Joaquin Orduno-Mendoza uses a flash light and his gun, both outfitted with lasers, to investigate a hardware store open door during a training session at the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center. Orduno-Mendoza was using the MILO Use of Force Simulator that projects a scenario on a screen and makes the officers decide weather the use lethal force is appropriate in the situation.
