The illegal alien being processed by Immigration and Naturalization Service agents probably doesn't share the sentiments as the Hall County Sheriffs deputy who wrote "Welcome Border Patrol" on a blackboard inside the Hall County Jail in this file photo. There may be as many as 150 beds in the new jail that could be rented out to other law enforcement agencies, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which has taken over the some of the duties of the INS.
