Sue Hieb hugs her son, Alex Hieb, 11, while standing in front of their new home on moving day. With help the St. Francis Foundation and the Housing Development Corporation, Hieb, who is a counselor in the hospitalÕs Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center, and her two sons are able to live in their own home for the first time.
