Lane Hickenbottom

Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Library Director Steve Fosselman recently opened the 1973 time capsule that was placed in the current libraryÕs corner stone. Among the items in the capsule were a 1903 Carnegie Library spoon and the Charles M. Schulz book, ÒHappiness is a Warm Puppy.Ó
