Independent/Barrett Stinson

With police cars behind him at the end of the 56th annual Kiwanis KidÕs Day Parade on Saturday morning, Keenen Woodford-Fortner, 5, of Grand Island walks down Third Street with his Wagon History of Nebraska entry. The judges felt his entry best captured this yearÕs theme, ÒNo Place Like Nebraska,Ó and awarded him the best theme award for the parade.
