Bryan Lindgreen's apartment at 306 North Pine St., is one of four included in an Upstairs Downtown tour from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday. The Downtown Improvement Board is sponsoring the event to showcase commercial and residential uses to promote upper level development in downtown buildings.
