To help raise money for their former classmate Sean ShafferÕs medical expenses, Grand Island Northwest student council members (from left) Janae Riha, Emily Iversen and Kelli Raile sold stickers bearing the slogan, ÒShades for Shaffer,Ó for a $1 each to anyone who wanted to wear their sunglasses during school on Friday.
