Bill Mowinkle leads cattle to their proper stall for the Prairie Wrangler 4-H Chapter last week at the Hall County Fair. Mowinkle, superintendent of Northwest High School, has been involved with 4-h all his life and is one of the leaders of the Prairie Wranglers chapter.
