Storm chaser Dr. Eddy Weiss sits on the front of his specially outfitted Chevy Blazer that he aptly named Dorothy. Weiss is part of the Restoration Project, which among other things, hopes to educate people on the need to be prepared to survive without help for at least three days after a severe weather event.
