Independent/Lane Hickenbottom

Independent/Lane Hickenbottom 4 Wahoo Plow Boys hurler Don "Preacher" Proett throws the ball to the opposing teamÕs striker. During the 1800Õs a hurler tried to allow the striker to bat the ball into play, not strike him out. They threw underhand from a distance of 45 feet, instead of an overhand throw of 60.5 feet.
