To lend a hand to a fellow church in Kearney, members of a Baptist mission group from Arkansas (from left) Amy Walden, 15, Jonathan Spessard, 13, and Ethan Brown, 16, spread wood chips over the playground at the Grand Island YWCA. The group, which is spending the week in Kearney with Pastor Dave McDonald of Crossroads Church, is led by Pastor Joe Walden of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Van Buren, Ark.
