Spinning a Hula Hoop around her neck is childÕs play for Kiara McInturf, 5, of Grand Island, as she tries her luck at a variety of games with other members of her family last weekend. Participants could also ride the Stolley Park train for just $1 and were able to watch a movie outdoors in the park that evening.
