Comstock Windmill Festival Surrounded by a sea of folding chairs, Sharyl Schultz of Seward waits for music to start Friday during the 2006 Comstock Windmill Festival. Schultz, a 5-year-veteran of the country music festival, said she set her chair up about 10 am to have a good vantage point for Friday night's concerts.
