Leroy Giddings (right) stands with Cleon Schwartz (left) and Erma Schwartz (bottom) towards the end of the dedication to the citizen soldiers of Bradshaw. Giddings has been placing a bouquet of flowers at the grave of his friend, Allan Schwartz, for 38 years. Allan died while serving in Vietnam and Giddings had never met his family. Leroy is Allan's brother, while Erma is his mother.
