Independent/Barrett Stinson Loretta and Glen Decker (right) serve lunch to Shirley Babel at the Frank M. Farr Senior Center in Aurora. Meal services were expanded after the center opened in a new facility last June. Raw food costs were underistimated for the first year of operation, as were other operating costs.
