Fourth-generation farmer Richard Ogden places one of 57 new flags on a light pole in Chapman to help celebrate Memorial Day. Ogden, who is a member of the Chapman Community Improvement Association, said that the new flags will spruce up the town a bit while replacing older flags that have been worn out through regular use.
