After the wind had knocked it down, Wasmer Elementary fifth-grader Morgan Mallory fixes a sign made by a fifth-grader in Cathy CookÕs class and a first-grader in Glanda FrasierÕs class as part of a Òbuddy projectÓ to end the school year and say goodbye to the fifth-graders. The signs, which all express good things about Wasmer, are made out of recycled election signs and placed in front of the school.
