During TuesdayÕs Clean Community System collection at Fonner Park, Andy Mass of Electronic Recyclers carries a computer monitor from the truck it was brought in onto his truck. Flood victims were able to bring in hazardous computer materials, paint, fertilizers and insecticides to be disposed of during the collection day.
