Convention and Vistors Bureau Director Renee Seifert talks with Don Overman, chairman of the regional airport in Scottsbluff where Westward Airways is based. The airline is seeking $500,000 from the Hall County Airport Authority and community match money to provide east bound air service out of Grand Isalnd.
