Independent/Gerik Parmele

Larry Dempewolf, of Central City, hands off a piece of cribbing to Evan Osnes, of Valentine (left) and Jim Stutzman, of Ohiowa, for raising a bus at Kramer's Auto Parts and Iron Co. The firefighters were taking part in vehicle extrication training as part of the Nebraska State Volunteer Firefighters Association fire school.
