Lauren Ellingson looks around the gutted basement oft his home at 3130 N. North Road. The foundation wall failed during last year's flood filling the basement with 6 feet of water and roughly 2 feet of mud and debris. The water buckled the foundation wall and knocked the new furnace (left) out of place.
