Lauren Ellingson descends to the basement of his home along North Road that was damaged in last May's flood. A contractor created a ramp to remove roughly 2 feet of mud and debris from the basement. The Ellingsons, who are still fighting the insurance and mortgage companies, have moved to a new residence.
