Independent/Lane Hickenbottom 1 Salvation Army employees Wanda Kincheloe (right) and Mariette Horky serve spaghetti dinners Wednesday at the Salvation Army in Grand Island. The Salvation Army is launching a fund-raiser for its feeding and shelter programs, hoping to earn $125,000 before the end of its fiscal year in September.
