Independent/Scott Kingsley Mick and Amie Ehlers talk about the damage done to their basement. Fifteen months ago, they bought this home along West Ninth Street in Wood River and began fixing it up. In the basement they put up wood paneling, carpet, and linoleum, all of which they had to take out after last weeks storm and flood.
