Independent/Scott Kingsley

Elton Rathman holds the line that kept a dock in place on the private lake west of Harrison Street. On the dock Rich Webb and Andrew Dodendorf knock the dock's posts back into place. The dock was raised by flood waters and then couldn't lower back down with the water.
