Grand Island City Administrator Gary Greer tries to arrange an aircraft with the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency Friday morning for a flight around the area to make sure more water is not on the way while standing near the edge of a section of North Road that was taken out Thursday evening to allow for better drainage of an area in northwest Grand Island.
