Independent/Barrett Stinson

After over seven-inches of rain from WednesdayÕs storm, a lake was formed in the Grand Island Mall parking lot making it possible for (from right) Brian Tipton, Bethany Guzinski, Alex Tipton and Dale Novotny to enjoy some canoeing and making parking and driving difficult to impossible.
