Independent/Scott Kingsley

Morgan Ross, 7, and Kailey Brown, 12, ride through Doreen Street Thursday morning May 12, 2005 in Grand Island, Neb. The two along with Shawn Ross, 6, were using driveways and slides and plunging into the water at top speed on their scooters and bikes, occassionaly loosing a scooter temporarily after falling off. Grand Island recived more than 7 inches of rain in Wednesday's storm causing severe flooding.
