Independent/Lane Hickenbottom A year after the 2005 floods, which soaked Pam and John TagelÕs basement, Pam Tagel said she is leery of re-carpeting. The couple use throw rugs instead of carpet in there basement, and they have put furniture such as the entertainment center on coasters in fear of future flooding.
