Grand Island City Administrator Gary Greer tries to arrange an aircraft with the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency on May 12, 2005, for a flight around the area to make sure more water is not on the way while standing near the edge of a section of North Road that was taken out to allow for better drainage of an area in northwest Grand Island after the storm on May 11, 2005.
