Independent/Scott Kingsley

Mitchell Powell, 6, gets some help from his sister Mason, 9, on using the stilts in Railroad Town during the Heartland Heritage Festival. Children had many activities in the town to amuse themselves including a ring toss, stilts, and wheels.
