Independent/Lane Hickenbottom

Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Lorraine Francis was evacuated from her Ada Street apartment during the May 2005 flooding. She spent 2 weeks staying at her son and daughterÕs homes before being allowed to move back in. Francis said she was fortunate, that other people who lived in her area were displaced for a longer duration.
