Independent/Lane Hickenbottom 1 Artist Stephanie Hansen (fourth from left) works with Dodge Elementary School fourth-graders Thursday on watercolor paint techniques. With a grant through the Nebraska Arts Council, Hansen is spending a week at the school, exposing students to an education in art.
