Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Dave Vrbas of 2210 Pioneer Blvd. recently had the depth of his drinking water well doubled from 75 feet to 150 feet after it tested positive for trace amounts of dichloroethylene. With their first baby due in June, Vrbas and his wife, Amy, decided to try to find their own solution to the groundwater contamination rather than wait for clean-up plans from the Environmental Protection Agency due out this summer. City water lines arenŐt available in the Parkview Subdivision where they live. 0427 ContaminatedWell LH Want a reprint of this photo?
