Grand Island Fire Department paramedic Brett Bamesberger talks with the media outside Gene Deroin's room at St. Francis Medical Center. Deroin, an owner/trainer at Fonner Park, suffered a heart attack Thursday at the track and Bamesberger was able to revive him by using an Automated External Defibrillator.
