Independent/Scott Kingsley

With only six students in the school, it's obvious when one is absent. Junior Swearingen was sick, leaving his desk and the entire fourth grade empty for a day. The front row is taken by the youngest, Hope and Jacob Swearingen, while the outside row is completed by third graders Marcus Long and Michaela Reynolds, and fifth grader Ciana Long completes the assigned seats. Every students, save Ciana, has had Gries for their entire education thus far.
