Howard County Chief Deputy Sheriff Gerry Schenck runs the boat while Lisa Higgins, from Louisiana, controls Molli, a cadaver dog on the lake where Bobby Joe Powers went missing Sunday evening. Higgins was in Lincoln conducting training for the North American Search Dog Network, volunteered her services after being contacted by the Howard County Sheriffs Department.
