Tom Jones prepares a shield to be attached the life size cutout of Goliath at the First Baptist Church in Chapman. The cutout is meant to help bring the Bible, which the congregation is reading together, alive. Using the Bible's numbers Jones determined Goliath was roughly 9 and a half feet tall and probably weighed more than 450 pounds.
