Independent/Barrett Stinson Children surround the drop area Saturday morning as the St. Francis Medical Center Foundation kicks off its fourth annual Ticket to Ride by dropping hundreds of soft toys from a cement pouring bucket attached to the tower crane being used to construct the new St. Francis Medical Center Tower. The Ticket to Ride raffle raises money for a variety of programs that help the community including the Student Wellness Center at Grand Island Senior High, Project Care, Tri-City Safe Kids, and the hospice program. Up to 999 tickets will be sold at $100 apiece for the fundraiser with the grand prize being a choice between one of five vehicles or one of two boats, a motorcycle or $15,000 in cash. toysfall bjs Want a reprint of this photo?
