Independent/Gerik Parmele

Gov. Dave Heineman (center) is led on a tour of the Colorado Aspen Home BuilderÕs plant in Central City Friday. Gov. Heineman was on hand because the plant has received a $506,000 Community Development Block Grant. At left is Andy McFaul, owner of Colorado Aspen Home Builders, and at right is plant manager Stan McIntire.
