Independent/Lane Hickenbottom

Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Postal worker Barb Fern carefully makes her way to a curb-side mailbox surrounded by a pile of plowed snow Friday on the North 1000-block of Hancock Avenue. Fern, who has delivered mail for the U.S. Postal Service for 13 years said carriers need access to mail boxes to ensure delivery for postal customers.
