Homeowners with trash pickup in alleys might have to wait a long time. With snow piled in the alleys many trash haulers aren't even attempting to try pickups at the risk of getting stuck. Some companies are asking that trash be piled next to dumpsters and bins, others recommend that the containers be moved to the curb.
