Albert DeLeon stands by the snowplow he was driving during an interview after the vehicle became stuck near Eighth Street and Broadwell Avenue Tuesday. It took DeLeon more than four hours to clear four streets north of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks between Broadwell and Eddy. Normally, just one of those streets would take about 20 minutes, he said.
